Ingredients:
½-teaspoon mild salsa, ½-teaspoon pepper,
1-tablespoon fresh basil, 1 and ½-cup curd, 2 eggs, ½-cup garlic paste, Salt, according to taste, ½-teaspoon lemon juice. Few fresh leaves of mint, 1-tablespoon fresh parsley, 1-taplespoon of olive oil, 5 chicken breast skinned, halves (medium pieces), 1-cup paste of tomatoes, 1 and ½ cup of chilli sauce, ½-teaspoon Non-vegetable stock, ½-cup chopped celery.

Method:

•    Wash chicken halves, skinned breasts, and chop them into medium pieces.
•    After doing so, take a bowl and add curd into it with pepper, also add chopped chicken breast, halves, keep it for 5 minutes.
•    Take a pan and add skillet (apply spray coating), remember pan should be on high heat.
•    Now cook thoroughly the mixture of curd, pepper and chicken for 5-6 minutes, let it turn into little brownish then diminish the heat.
•    Take another pan (or just use same pan, but remove the cooked chicken), add paste of tomato and garlic, stir it for 2 minutes.
•    After this, add pre-cooked mixture of chicken, curd, pepper to it, and let it be there for again two minutes.
•    Now it is time to add salt, parsley, basil, two raw eggs into it, mix it completely, and spray some chilli sauce.
•    Cover it, and heat it for 10-12 minutes, then use lemon juice and mint for garnishing and serve hot.
