Firstly arrange few equipment to perform high or low intensity work out, you require a bench, exercising equipments and set them properly.

Start with warm up, it is good for beginners. You should indulge in 5-10 minutes in warm up session in order to get ready for intense work out session.

After warm up, prepare yourself to perform main exercises. You can drink water in between deep breathing is also good if you are doing for the first time.

Now start with dumbbell swing, for this you need to expand your legs a bit more than usually you stand, hold dumbbell while stretching your hand outwardly, make sure your hands remain at your leg level, now start swinging dumbbell, go steady and slow. Do it for 20 seconds and relax.

Sit on a chair and expand your legs outwardly now move them in up and down direction, do it for 20 seconds and relax. Again, expand your legs in mid region and hold this position for 30 seconds. It is very good for toning abdomen muscles.

Make sure whatever exercise you make choose for your workout session it should be light when you start as a beginner and then steadily start increasing sets of each exercise.

Also, remember taking 5 seconds for rest in between each set is also important. And when you drop your workout session leave it with post workouts consisting of stretches which would exert sore and pain in muscles.
